The Disney store did a horrible job with the release of the limited edition princess designer collection. People pushed in front of the line and scalpers have bought all the inventory before collectors had a chance.
The princess dolls were unevenly disturbed and the people first in line got to have up to 5 dolls. I think Disney is supporting scalping and not its fan base.
People waited for hours to be served only to be disappointed. I would like to see some action happen that will satisfy all the costumers that went to buy the doll at the store and were not allowed. Perhaps putting more stock in the store and less online so people could have a chance at purchasing them. 1289332
