Disney Store - They won't cancel an order

Disney's website glitched as it refreshed causing me to hit the order button instead of the discount code button. This generated an order I did not want, in addition I'm paying $17 for shipping that should be free!!! Disney says too bad we cannot help. Unreal. Worst customer service ever.

Who keeps chiming in on the anonymous response. Obviously your a L7 weenie if you can’t say who you are and obviously you work for Disney if your defending this site.

This site blows balls and should be taken off the internet. Can’t believe Disney would misrepresent themselves with this garage website. Especially when Disney makes billions to trillions of dollars. Charged me double the price of my item then told me it’s standard and I’ll get my money back once it’s shipped?

No where on the website did it say that. Unbelievable that Disney would charge someone twice and wait to release their funds back to them after the item shipped even though the card went through. Shows just how cheap they really are.

Will never ever buy anything from this POS website again and will tell everyone I know not to buy from Disney. Sucks because I love Disney.

So let me get this straight.....you buy something and then expect them to give you a sale price for a sale that starts AFTER you made the purchase. Um....no.

That's not how it works. Then you get pissed because you don't want to follow their cancelation policy which is CLEARLY spelled out when you make your purchase (I purchase from them all the time)?Entitlement is ugly.

Everything I have bought for myself, husband, or children had ripped or destroyed in one wash a few things bought right in Disneyworld and ripped in store too.. poor poor poor quality. I mean they make billions why cheap out on the clothes and charge *** tons for them to just rip.

So you waited until a few days before Christmas and then are mad that for whatever reason they didn't make it to you on time? They offered a $10 credit for the issue which is more than some places will do.

Anyone who orders gifts online within 2 weeks of Christmas is bringing it on themselves. Good grief!

Don't ever buy anything from Disney store online, and I mean ever!!!! They are terrible and don't care about the consumers at all! I ordered a tshirt online and after an hour and a half, I emailed requesting to cancel as the shipping fees were too high and I had changed my mind. I received an email saying that the cancel request was submitted but there was no guarantee of the cancellation as they process the orders within two days. I emailed inquiring the status two days later to which I was ignored and never received a response. TWO weeks later, I received a shipping confirmation email. I replied asking why they shipped when a cancel request was made two weeks prior. Again, no response. After supposedly trying to deliver, (as surprising as it may be to Disney, but some us of actually have to work and can't stay home for days on end waiting for a delivery ), it was returned back to them and tracking confirmed they received it. Now trying asking when I will be refunded? They just said I needed to call as further discussion is needed. I have never had such indifferent and careless service. I will NEVER buy through them again!!

Disney Store - Very Disaponted with DisneyStore.com attention

I bought a sweatshirt and a T-shirt through DisneyStore.com on October 4th. The promise of delivery at my hotel in New York was October 11. Exactly what I needed, because I would travel back to Brazil on this date. I received orders from Amazon and Walgreens, made in the same day, with no surprises. But my Disney order ... The delivery date was changed to October 13, then "reduced" to October 12, when I would be in Brazil. Ok, let's call customer service. "Orders placed after noon are only counted the following day." There is nothing anywhere on DisneyStore.com that says it to the consumer. "Could not you call the carrier and personally go get the box?" Yes, the attendant made me this proposal: stop visiting the city that you came to tour and spend hours behind an inefficient Disney delivery. "There is a carrier's warning regarding Hurricane Irma and Harvey." I replied that I placed orders on 2 other sites and these arrived in order and even before the promised date. One of them uses the same carrier as Disney ... Curious, right? Well, I imagine Disney will not worry about a consumer who has lost $ 100 in a purchase with them because they have millions of other customers who pay what Disney asks to have their goods. What I do know is that, if possible, I do not buy anything from Disney, mostly at DisneyStore.com.

On 7/25/17 I called regarding tax charge discrepancies and to the return a tshirt (456203348119) After an hour on the phone I was emailed $5 off next order code for the tax charge inconvenience, and was told that I would receive a$15 coupon for the tshirt in question and to please donate shirt to local charity as opposed to sending it back. I never received said coupon. So I contacted disneystore,com by Chat on 8/1/17, and was informed that the $15 order code was held up due to some technical issues. and I would be getting it in 48 hours or so upon success. I never received it. So on 8/14/17 I called again, and explained situation, and the attendant emailed me another $5 off next order and assured me that the $15 gift card (as he explained it) would be in mail and I should have it in 7 business days.. Again, I never received it. Please be aware that I have purchased thousands of dollars of items for disneystore.com in the past, and I have returned a total of 3 items over the course of time. I have never had this difficulty before. I feel this is a most unfriendly attitude and would like to know what I did to deserve this treatment. I had no idea that the want to return a tshirt could be such a punishable offense. Next month I am going to DisneyLand in Anaheim. Could I return the shirt at the Disneystore at Downtown Disney? Would they be more cooperative? Should I even purchase anything from Disneystore ever again?

Disney Store - SCAMMERS

Placed an order on June 2nd 2017 FOR 59.32 and then on JUNE 5th the placed the same order or 57.32 which made my account into a negative status. They told me it was just an hold and the other amount should fall off within 3 to 5 days meanwhile I will receive overdraft fees for this. Also they stated that I had to call my bank and that my bank will do it because they couldn't (LIARS). Called my bank and they gave me a phone number that they can call to get this fixed it was the merchant number but they insist that they couldn't do it so I called myself and got my account right. The merchant line fix my account and removed the overdraft fees. Disney was running me in circles saying I had to fax them my bank statement and wait to see if the hold will fall off. What a shame I will never order anything on Disney store online and I will tell any and everybody who will listen not to purchase anything from them. First time ordering and the last time ordering.
