Yesterday 9/29 I bought my Granddaughter the Lion King Deluxe Figurine Set. She loves to act it out. The Rafiki figure holding baby Simba is so bent it will not stand up. I have tried bending it the other direction but nothing works. After spending close to $30 on it you would expect all pieces to be able to be played with. I hope you can tell how far it’s leaning in picture. No way it could stand up deeatkinson@yahoo.com

Disney Store - Not working vacuum

Disney Minnie Bowtique Vacuum Cleaner I have this item. The bow lights up but the small balls don't spin and make noise like they should. I have changed the batteries. I do not a receipt for this item. Can you offer any suggestions? Marcia gooding 810 923 8518

Who keeps chiming in on the anonymous response. Obviously your a L7 weenie if you can’t say who you are and obviously you work for Disney if your defending this site.

This site blows balls and should be taken off the internet. Can’t believe Disney would misrepresent themselves with this garage website. Especially when Disney makes billions to trillions of dollars. Charged me double the price of my item then told me it’s standard and I’ll get my money back once it’s shipped?

No where on the website did it say that. Unbelievable that Disney would charge someone twice and wait to release their funds back to them after the item shipped even though the card went through. Shows just how cheap they really are.

Will never ever buy anything from this POS website again and will tell everyone I know not to buy from Disney. Sucks because I love Disney.

I would NEVER order from disneystore.com again!!! Posting this review on several sites so people can be aware! I've only ever ordered from the USA twice before, both being Hot Topic ages ago, never a problem. First time ever ordering from USA Disney store this year, in April. I live in the UK and I really wanted a t-shirt I saw when my family and I were on holiday in Florida, but there was none in stock in any store out there. They don't sell it on the UK Disney Store website. I was worried to buy from the USA branch online, as I've heard so many bad things about their customer service representatives and also read a few reviews about cards being charged and then getting no goods and no refund. So my mum decided to brave it and pay the extra to buy it online for a late birthday gift for me, and have it sent to my family in Canada, (so she'd pay less custom fees), and they could send it to my brother via the army post to give to us. This was the first time my mum used HER credit card to buy from the USA. I've always used my debit card. So anyway, we ordered it in April on my mum's credit card, and she has not used her card since then for anything, she always uses her debit card or cash for her other purchases. So her credit card company called her this morning (30th MAY!) to tell her someone in CALIFORNIA, literally 10-15 minutes away from the Disney Store's headquarters, tried to use her card details to make a purchase. They tried to spend £79 worth at Target!!! I'm so glad her card company contacted her first so she could choose to decline payment!! God knows what else they would have tried to buy!! We've now blocked her card. There's no Target in the UK, and it's fishy how the first time she uses it online at Disney Store, her card details are re-used in the EXACT same state, EXACT same area, pretty much around the corner from the headquarters!! We will NEVER buy from the Disneystore.com ever ever again, this is disgraceful. Clearly someone working there has some kind of access to customer's card numbers, so !!BEWARE!!! It could happen again to anyone using a credit card to purchase!!

This has been resolved. I was contacted by presidential services and told I would be refunded for my Nov.

26th order and the would ship another order out via two day mail. I did receive the replacement order two days later as promised, and also received my original order.

My original order was not shipped until December 8th. Although I appreciate the resolution, I still will not use Disney online again because of the dishonest shipping info supplied to me over and over again.

Disney Store - Worst Customer Service

I ordered some items from thedisneystore on the 23/11/16, i didn't receive an email with my order, didn't see anything on my credit card so i redid my order, only to realise late the next afternoon both went through, the same night of my order, there was a lot of problems on the website. So i email, tried calling, endless times, no ans for the calls and the same email saying that they are preparing my order and sorry for the inconvenience. My thing is, the items weren't shipped yet so why couldn't they just cancel the order since the site was having some problems. It's the worst service i have ever received, no help!!!!!!!!!!

I had ordered 7 blankets from the Disney store online all personalized when I had got them 4 of them had some major flaws I emailed the Disney customer service they contacted me back within 3 days not including the weekend they were super super nice and very helpful with replacing my order and sending me out new ones! I'm very happy with the service they provided me and how nice this women on the phone was with me and how sincere she was with how upset I was!
