So let me get this straight.....you buy something and then expect them to give you a sale price for a sale that starts AFTER you made the purchase. Um....no.

That's not how it works. Then you get pissed because you don't want to follow their cancelation policy which is CLEARLY spelled out when you make your purchase (I purchase from them all the time)?Entitlement is ugly.

So you waited until a few days before Christmas and then are mad that for whatever reason they didn't make it to you on time? They offered a $10 credit for the issue which is more than some places will do.

Anyone who orders gifts online within 2 weeks of Christmas is bringing it on themselves. Good grief!

On 7/25/17 I called regarding tax charge discrepancies and to the return a tshirt (456203348119) After an hour on the phone I was emailed $5 off next order code for the tax charge inconvenience, and was told that I would receive a$15 coupon for the tshirt in question and to please donate shirt to local charity as opposed to sending it back. I never received said coupon. So I contacted disneystore,com by Chat on 8/1/17, and was informed that the $15 order code was held up due to some technical issues. and I would be getting it in 48 hours or so upon success. I never received it. So on 8/14/17 I called again, and explained situation, and the attendant emailed me another $5 off next order and assured me that the $15 gift card (as he explained it) would be in mail and I should have it in 7 business days.. Again, I never received it. Please be aware that I have purchased thousands of dollars of items for disneystore.com in the past, and I have returned a total of 3 items over the course of time. I have never had this difficulty before. I feel this is a most unfriendly attitude and would like to know what I did to deserve this treatment. I had no idea that the want to return a tshirt could be such a punishable offense. Next month I am going to DisneyLand in Anaheim. Could I return the shirt at the Disneystore at Downtown Disney? Would they be more cooperative? Should I even purchase anything from Disneystore ever again?

Disney Store website continuously conducts shady business. From not shipping items when stated to showing items marked as 25% off which are actually excluded from the sale - why put that product as the only item pictured with the sale then? This company is flat-out disgusting.

I want the pins delivered Federal Express and I want a gift card valued at more than the insult offered by the Disney Store which was $10 a mere few cents for a multi-billion. This offer was declined. Any amount over $100 will be acceptable.

I will never do business with this company again! The company can not handle placing and processing an online order. They will most certainly cancel it for no reason though the week of Christmas and then hold your money hostage for weeks and weeks. I had to call Disney store.com five times and still NO resolution, NO money has been reimbursed (its now January 15th 17, order placed 12/5/16). I only ordered two things from the website, a very basic request I would think. Not sure how they stay in business. Will be disputing the transaction with my credit card company instead, refuse to make another phone call to disney store.

Placed an order on Dec. 2, 2016. They said standard shipping is free with purchases over 75 bucks. I do that and receive free shipping. Great, so then flash forward to 21 days later, STILL NO PACKAGE. Also, in between those 21 days, I had to ask for a status from them directly to which they said oh by the way 3 of your items are out of stock. Gee, thanks for the notice. I hope I don't get charged for shipping my items, since 3 of the items are out of stock. Not my fault they didn't plan this out better. It's December 23rd, at the office, I don't have a present for the person I shopped for back in December 2nd. December 2nd, let that sink in. Terrible service!!!

I de 98 miles round trip to a Disney store and was able to buy a Elsa costume, shoes and accessories like ordered. I was unable to purchase Belle but was able to purchase Aurora costume, shoes and accessories. Disney refunded my money for my online order.
