Complaint

Terrible customer service at Valencia store. Sold incorrect size based on employee error and then refused to correct the error ten minutes later stating it was final sale.

Trying to buy 14 dolls with a coupon but store wants 14 emails for each doll purchase?

They told me 3 days ago store in Miami, Dadeland location, is closing. They gave me a coupon, supposedly good for that day only, to buy my god daughter the Jasmine doll. I have 3 nieces also and one nephew. I went back yesterday and they had the sale again. I asked if I could buy the remaining 14 dolls and they said yes but I had to provide 14 different emails. They wouldnt sell them to me. Very disappointed!

User's recommendation: Don’t buy anything from Disney as to their philosophy of making children happy has changed to a woke way of thinking.

I cannot access the bundle

Representative have tried tried to help me access to Hulu and ESPN and we cannot resolve the issue would like a refund.

My experience with your shop was less than to be desired not one but two items came 1 destroyed the other damed.

My order is not here

I had ordered a set of masks in May of last year. The money was taken from my debit card for the masks. If my payment supposedly didn't go through, then why was there a message thanking me for my payment. My money was never refunded to me and with that being said, I will never order anything from Disney Store anymore. Don't bother emailing me any offers for merchandise.

User's recommendation: Do not place any orders with Disney Store. Ripoff.

Disney has done absolutely nothing to resolve this. They couldn’t care less.

I received an email saying they had Sitewide Savings of 30% off orders over $200. I put about $300 worth of items in my cart and then noticed that 5 out of 12 items didnt receive the discount. I called customer service and they told me to pound sand. Not only is this deceptive and unethical, but its illegal as well. Very disappointed. I never get this kind of treatment from Amazon.

Not letting me return an item that I believe is a faulty product for kids! It sits up to high and my daughter cannot breath good when sitting in this chair. Its only $60 I just want my money back!
