Resolved: Order delayed OVER TEN DAYS
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Emailing coorporate retail got me a call with a manager who was able to explain and resolve my issue.
On the 12th I attempted to chat with them and the girl who "helped" me said 'we are unable to do anything once the order processes' when I asked to updat the address to make sure I would have my order for my trip.
I attempted later that day to email them to attempt to cancel my order instead. On Friday October 13th I called in to see if they could give me a real time update because it had been 7 days I was told by the girl on the phone that my order had 'updated twice and should ship out Monday at the latest'.
It is now Monday night and after emailing them for an update that ended in another half-assed "sorry" I called in to speak with a supervisor to get an actual answer. The manager I talked to was easily the most un-helpful person I have dealt with. She offered a one time code and apologized with the same fake sounding "we're so sorry.
you'll recieve the tracking when your order ships".
She offered no solutions, she couldn't even track down my order or give me an estimate of when it would ship ('a couple days').
This was my first time shopping with shopdisney and will likely be my last. Not only would I have been fired at my customer service jobs for being as mindlessly useless but as a consumer I have had better responses and ship times from walmart.
