Not resolved

Placed an order on June 2nd 2017 FOR 59.32 and then on JUNE 5th the placed the same order or 57.32 which made my account into a negative status. They told me it was just an hold and the other amount should fall off within 3 to 5 days meanwhile I will receive overdraft fees for this.

Also they stated that I had to call my bank and that my bank will do it because they couldn't (LIARS). Called my bank and they gave me a phone number that they can call to get this fixed it was the merchant number but they insist that they couldn't do it so I called myself and got my account right. The merchant line fix my account and removed the overdraft fees. Disney was running me in circles saying I had to fax them my bank statement and wait to see if the hold will fall off.

What a shame I will never order anything on Disney store online and I will tell any and everybody who will listen not to purchase anything from them. First time ordering and the last time ordering.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

I didn't like: Them making my account in negative status.
