Disney Store - Sold out of stock product and notified 11 days later
On 12/11 I ordered 4 Minnie and 4 mickey plush. The minnies arrived a few days later.
On Dec 18th I became concerned that the mickeys were not going to make it. I emailed customer service, and specifically inquired about the mickeys, and received a response that the order would ship on the 21st. On the 22nd I looked at the tracking and it was on its way. Late in the afternoon on the 22nd (which I saw this morning) I then received notice that the mickeys were not available (after being told they were shipped).
Now it is the morning of the 23rd with the holiday party tonight and the granddaughters have something but the grandsons are out of luck in the Disney department... VERRY FRUSTRATING
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $200.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Disney Store Pros: Ease of ordering.
Disney Store Cons: Late notice of out of stock.
